Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://atomicmotoring.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Service Description. This Site describes Oil Change, Auto Diagnostics, Transmission Repair, Brake Repair, Engine Repair, Vehicle Inspection provided by Atomic Motoring. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Atomic Motoring (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Atomic Motoring does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Atomic Motoring arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Atomic Motoring harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NV law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NV for any related dispute.
Modifications. Atomic Motoring may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
